How to heal your dry cracked feet with Gemnora!

Hi you all! I am going to go over step by step instructions on how you can heal dry cracked feet by using Gemnora. It’s important to have you know that I am a licensed cosmotologist, I am not a podiatrist. I always recommend for you to see a podiatrist if you have any type of fungus or swelling, I recommend seeing your podiatrist if you have an ingrown toenail and if your dry cracked feet become any worse please see your podiatrist!

1. First thing you need to do is make your check list:PicsArt_1438448257649 Fill your tub with the Bath salts of your choice. 16th of a cup will do. You would want to soak your feet for about 5 minutes before using the Scrub. I recommend the Detox or the Slim for your dry/cracked feet, the Detox has 100% Pure Grapefruit Essential Oil (a rich antioxidant, nourishing to the skin),100% Pure Peppermint Essential Oil (cooling and soothing effect provides relief from pain and irritation),100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Essential Oil (moisturizer and protective barrier of the skin) and Vitamin E (helps skin stay young and firm by increasing its elasticity).

Then there is the Eucalyptus-Mint which has 100% Pure Eucalyptus Essential Oil (relieves aches and pain, relaxes body, has sanitizing and cleaning properties, aids in respiratory health). 100% Pure Peppermint Essential Oil (cooling and soothing effect provides relief from pain and irritation; boosts freshness and relaxation with its icy, natural aroma). 4. While the scrub is still on take your pumice stone and scrub where it’s dry and cracked, do not scrub too much, you don’t want your feet to be sore and raw.

5. After both feet are scrubbed and you have gotten all of the scrub washed off of your feet, take your dry towel and dry both feet very well. (Make sure you dry between your toes)

6. Apply your choice of Moisturizer. I recommend using our heal & care or the energize & invigorate moisturizers. https://www.gemnora.com/shop/jenaecardenas

Prevention is the key also, stay hydrated (your body and skin will thank you) and moisturize daily, especially before you walk around all day in opened healed shoes.
